Our approach
How We Work
- Analysis of the foreign national’s situation and the documents they currently possess.
- Gathering all required documents, including assistance with obtaining certified translations, notarized copies, certificates from the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), the Tax Office, and any other documents necessary to obtain a positive decision.
- Registration of the application in the MOS (Case Management Module) system.
- Accompanying the client to the relevant office to address and complete any formal deficiencies.
- Monitoring the case status online and keeping track of the ongoing proceedings.
- Submitting any additional documents required during the course of the proceedings.
- Collecting the documents issued by the relevant authority and checking them for accuracy and completeness.
